We are a congregation of Christians who regard the worship of God as an important and joyful expression of our faith; we minister to the needs of others in the name of Jesus Christ, and enjoy our fellowship together through many activities throughout the year. Women are respected as Deacons and other Church leaders, alongside men, youth and children who together strive as a congregation to be the presence of Christ in our community.

 

We have chosen to be supportive of a variety of community organizations, and we maintain affiliations with the

Rev. John A. Mann is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has served churches in North Carolina and Virginia, and serves on the adjunct Faculty of the John Leland Seminary.

He is married to Cynthia Still Mann, from Mount Airy, NC. They have two grown children and three grandchilden.
